They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. "I was very pleased with the supervision of the Project Manager. He met me on-site to answer questions and made recommendations based on what I needed. He was on-site during the removal and installation process making several trips to secure insulation and plywood decking which they found missing on the structure once the existing roof was removed. Tom stayed in touch with me via text, phone or in person throughout the process. The owner came out on the final day to inspect the work and meet with me. He was also present during the actual work. I was also pleased that the crew was polite and efficient with their work and clean-up. I received my warranty in the mail the following week."
