"I first called Paul Richardson on Thursday 03/21/2018 to get an estimate on clearing and possibly replacing some sewer lines in my house I recently purchased after I noticed that my garage was being flooded by sewage. I spoke with Jennifer who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She called me back later that day to confirm that Paul would be able to come out the next day to be able to fix the problem. I elected to have the camera brought out to get a better idea of what was going on. As Paul will tell you, it really takes the guess work out of issues like this. It was definitely worth it. Come to find out, the line that ran from outside my house to the city sewer had a belly in one area and was collapsed in another. He bought and installed an electrical transfer switch for me so that when the power goes down, I can just switch over to my generator and power up the whole house.
