He and his wife took the time to explain every step of the process and to go over the contract in every detail. Lou is very responsive and would return my calls promptly whenever I had a question. "I had purchased 2 hours of electrical work. Since they sent two men, it meant an hour of two people.  I had some additional work done and paid for the extra time.  The biggest task was putting a new light in the living room ceiling: it required drilling holes in the bracket from which the light hangs.  The other work was much smaller, chiefly replacing outlets.  I honestly don't remember all the details.  The did install an extra outlet in my basement and remove wiring from a now-removed hot-water heater.  They were perfectly good and competent, but I'd rather use someone closer to my house: they're at least an hour away.
