"The whole process was relatively smooth. the sales person was good and knowledgeable. After signing the contract, two person crew came to measure. It took about a month and a half before windows were ready. Scheduling during the winter was a bit difficult, but it was not their problem. In bad weather, I would not want them climbing a tall ladder to install the window. Install was done professionally. We are satisfied. We would use them again.

"I called George's Painting Inc  after reading all the great reviews on Angies List. Certainly any company with so many positive reviews has to be impressive. Upon calling for an estimate one of the associates was in the area and literally came out in 20 minutes. I was very impressed with that.
That is where my positive feeling peaked. The associate was nice and walked around my property as we discussed the (4) paint jobs I wished to have performed. (3) Exterior and (1) Interior. There was no measuring, no determination of square footage, no calculator - In 10 minutes he had "number "which he offered for each job. It seemed a very casual way of doing business. He took my email and promised to send me a copy of the estimate.
No email arrived the next day but I did get a call from the associate. Despite having been here yesterday ... it took many references for him to remember who I was. He thought I was a customer who he has NEVER spoken too, then he thought I was a customer he visited Saturday. In the end, after reassuring him that he came out YESTERDAY, he remembered who I was but offered no explanation about not receiving the oral estimate in writing.
As he was a young guy I can not attribute his memory loss to having a senior moment, but it was uncomfortable enough for me to feel this company might be either to casual or too overworked to handle my job.

"The installer very sensibly installed the replacement gutters to match the previous installation. This placed the downspout  about 2 feet from the end of the gutter. As I realized this would lead to pooling in the space between the end of the gutter and the downspout and be a breeding ground for mosquitoes I voiced my concern to the installer who had just finished doing a very fine job.
    After consulting head-quarters he agreed to reinstall just to make me happy. I asked if he thought a simple patch over the existing downspout hole as well as installing a whole new gutter (which he was preparing to do at no extra cost). He looked relieved and said it could be guaranteed to work well. The downspout is now attached to the end of the gutter and I am very satisfied.
    I will definitely be using this company again and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"Howard was wonderful.  It was so easy to make him laugh.  He arrived on time and fixed both of my outside gates.  He then installed 3 fire alarms, fixed 2 vacum cleaners and fixed my curtains.  I highly recommend him.  I found him to be very honest and proficient.
