This year, I called once again for a repair to an outside lighting fixture and a timer switch that wasn't working. This time Dan Pearce, his son was the one who took the call. He made an appointment time within the week and arrived exactly on time! He wasn't able to repair the lighting fixture at the time and took it with him. Within a week he called to say it was ready and once again made an appointment and arrived exactly at the time he said he was coming. As for the timer switch, before he replaced the old one with a new one, he said he'd try to repair the old one which he did. I am beyond thrilled with the service, the workmanship and the pricing!!
