"He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"

He always arrived on time, was very professional, had excellent communication with me throughout the job or project, and the work completed was above a bound my expectations. He installed vinyl tile flooring in my half bath and my full bath, he has installed a new sink and garbage disposal, and new kitchen storm door. I also needed a major project completed in my basement which was creating a wall in my basement with a huge barn door as well as cutting into an existing wall to create a doorway. If you have any home projects no matter how big or small, Zach should be your #1 go to! I cannot recommend him enough. "

"They left gaps and installed small pieces of wood in the stairs instead of a sole step in each step section when I asked them to come and inspect the job the inspector started jumping in the stairs stating they were sturdy. Now that the season changes all the wood has expanded and compress and look awful $10K in the trash. Had to get another vendor to repair the problem. Empire doesn?t do the job they hired little mom?s and pop?s contractor to do the job"
