"We cannot say enough good things about Carpentry Plus. We were extremely pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and work. In addition, Brad and his family are so friendly and personable that we felt like they were old friends. We hired them to put vinyl siding on our 2-story wood house and 2-car garage. As the work proceeded we discovered that there was extensive water damage to the wood in several places on both the house and garage. These included the chimney, the three-season room, and the bottom plate around the perimeter of the garage walls. As a master carpenter Brad Green resolved these issues in a creative and effective way. After replacing all the rotted wood in these areas, he installed flashing around the garage and closed-in three-seasons room to help prevent future damage. The three-seasons room was in such seriously bad shape that it almost needed to be rebuilt. All these issues added a lot of extra work and time to the project. Brad let us know every step of the way what was happening with the job and we were grateful that Brad agreed to take the time to do the extra work--well beyond the original agreement. We have not had any water in the garage since the work was completed and we are so happy to have our three-seasons room repaired. And the siding looks beautiful generating compliments from our neighbors. Really great attention to detail!"

"The finished job was excellent! They removed and replaced a very large door wall. The door wall was installed in brick. Dollins arrived with a very large trailer loaded with every tool imaginable, table saws, planers, miters. nailers, etc. Once the old door was removed they replaced the old structure prior to placing the new door in. They replaced all of the trim inside and out. Every piece fit to perfection including caulk around the brick. They completed the job in one day and took the old door with them. They were extremely friendly and courteous."
