"Part of the job was to clean a downspout that was plugged. The owner reported that his employee did clean it while it was a lie. I had to clean it up myself and haven't obtained a refund yet. Opened a Better Business Bureau complaint. There is just no follow-up and Tony, the owner, will be very expedient to get the job but very difficult to reach should a problem arises. I do not recommend this company at all."
