"Jay did a fabulous job on my grout. I previously tried to clean the very soiled and stained grout in my powder room with over the counter products, all to no avail. A professional cleaning company came to clean it and tested a spot and told me they could not clean it so they left. I was at wits end. I called Jay as a last resort. He came and assessed the situation and assured me that he could get the grout cleaned and looking like new. Jay not only was able to clean the grout, but he also stained it a darker color, and sealed it as well. It looks fabulous now and I am extremely pleased. Frank and his team were punctual, stayed true to their estimate and time frame for starting and completing the job, and did fantastic work! When Frank came to my condo to see the work I wanted done and provide me with an estimate, he listened to my wants and to my budget. He provided a great and budget conscious solution to updating my kitchen (paint, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors). He and his team also did some grout work in my bathroom. "They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"
