"They did an outstanding job. Got the roof up in one day which was amazing. Cleaned up the area very well didn’t find any roofing nails lying around. I highly recommend this roofing company. Very honest company. I didn’t have to pay any money upfront. Very trustworthy. They also gave me $100 for referring a customer to them."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. Thanks, Floors Sag or Shake!"

"I have not had any problems since he fixed the roof leak for me.  I would recommend them to others.  I thought their price was just outstanding for the work they did."

"Job was completed on time. The roof is still holding up"

"These guys are amazing, very efficient. Would definitely hire again!"

"New installation went well. I was a little upset that only 50% was covered being that the unit was 19 years old. I'm sure that parts for something that old would be hard to find. Replacement was recommended."

"Takes a while to get ahold of them to get in system. I found them to be fair in determining whether to make a repair or replace. Very fair and reasonable, They are clear on what is and isn’t covered."

"The work was great & quickly completed! We had damage done to our home from a hurricane (tree damage) and they were able to fix several holes in the wall and replace Hardie board on the exterior, as well as paint! We will definitely be using them again! Great customer service!"
