He and his team showed up on time and did a beautiful job. I have had no further run-off issues. I followed Jeff's instructions on watering the grass seed and all areas have come in nicely. I have received many compliments on the new look."

From the beginning of talking to Jim Wilburn, the Owner of Ace, to the Lawn Service with Kevin, it has been a great experience.  Jim is very understanding and helped me to decide what service worked best for our lawn.  He has made adjustments as necessary throughout the season.

Kevin provides weekly service our lawn.  He assesses the lawn each week and provides the care that is needed.  Our lawn is beautiful when he is done.  He is the best!!

This is the first time we have needed a Lawn Care Service and I am so happy to be working with Ace Lawn and Landscaping.

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. Now, my lawn is dried out, instead of being a swamp. I recommend TLC Inc. for any water-related issues! Thank you, Mr. Hall!"

This included placement of water lines in lower traffic areas, placing excess soil from digging in an area that would not damage existing grass, and site clean-up. Brett was very responsive. I just paid my final balance and there were no surprise charges. "My push lawnmower wasn't working, and my grass desperately needed to be cut while I waited for the repair.  I tried to contact several lawn and landscape companies to do the job, but no one would return my calls or messages except for Dan.  I was very pleased with the prompt response to my message to him through Angie's List--I sent it on Wednesday night around 9pm and he responded within an hour to get my details.  He called me at 8am on Thursday to confirm my address and let me know that he would go look at the lawn and call me back later with an estimate.  Dan called me back at 2pm Thursday with the $38 estimate, and that he would do it either Friday or Saturday.  I had to go out of town Friday afternoon, but when I returned on Sunday, the lawn looked great!  I am so pleased with the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the company.  I will definitely consider using them again when the need arises.
