"My laptop died & it was during the Stay at Home orders so I didn't know what to do. I needed my laptop to work! I called Best Buy but they are only working remotely & I would have had to hold on the phone for hours. So in my panic I went on Angie's List & looked under computer repair and a few companies came up but Nanosystems was a local one. So I filled out the Angie's List questionnaire & submitted it and to my delight, Kue from Nanosystems called me back within 10 minutes! And that is where the excellent customer service began! I described my problems & he explained to me what he thought was wrong & then he told me that they could actually pick up my computer from my home & take it back to their office & look at it & get back to me within hours! Seriously! I thought I would have to wait for days for someone to help me! So I ended up dropping my computer off in person just to make it quicker & true to his word, Kue called me within hours to tell me what was wrong & what my options were. He was so patient on the phone answering my questions. Once we decided what to do, he quoted me the cost & how long it would take to fix it! Wow! They fixed my computer & I had it back in a few days at the price they said. They (Kue & Rashan) were so helpful & friendly & once I had my computer back home they connected remotely with it & finished all the set up & got it running like new! Amazing! I recommend this company to anyone with computer problems. They are quick, they are smart, they are affordable & they are patient & helpful! I give them the highest rating!"

"After having had a variety of problems, my laptop finally completely crashed. I contacted Dan at Tech Guru and he was IMMEDIATELY available to help me our of my panic (this is my work computer and I really needed it working or I wouldn't make money). When it became evident that my computer couldn't be repaired, Dan very patiently went through my options and answered any questions I had. I finally decided to purchase a Dell laptop through Tech Guru (they got a better price on it than I could on my own). Dan set me up with a loaner laptop on the spot and loaded all of the stuff I needed. Dan then asked whether he could have Colin work with me on the new computer stuff and I said yes. Colin began right away by helping me when I had questions about the loaner laptop. He was extremely responsive, provided great explanations and even worked on evenings and weekends to help make sure I had everything I needed without interrupting my work day. Once my new computer arrived, Colin immediately contacted me to let me know and lickety-split got it up and running and delivered it to me. He made very sure I was satisfied (and since he managed to recover all of the information off of my old computer and looking exactly like it looked before - I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED!). I am extremely happy with my new laptop and all of the great service. It is worth noting that I had used Tech Guru before on a couple of occassions and was happy with their service. I had never faced a problem quite as dramatic as this though and was really in a panic. Since Dan recognized that I had hired Tech Guru before, he asked whether I would be interested in Tech Guru's "Enlighted IT Service." It was not a hard sales pitch (thank goodness!). Dan explained that the Enlightened IT Service would allow me to pay a set price per month (basically a retainer) and then Tech Guru would be able to help me with any computer problem I have (rather than paying an hourly rate). The price was super reasonable and I signed up. The Enlightened IT Service has already paid for itself as I've found myself with a few different questions having to do with my quickbooks and Colin was able to help me out remotely. I'm no longer seeing dollar signs every time I need computer help! And the response time is incredible - as though I have my own in-house computer people. I am extremely happy with this company. They've helped make sure my company keeps working. I do not imagine anything that will get me to change to another provider since I just keep having great experiences with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"

"Mark is not only knowledgeable, but very easy to talk to. I am not very knowledgeable <br />on the computer. He had a great deal of patience with me. He got rid of a lot of useless information, and helped me access what I needed. He let me know the charges after I has used my initial time and explained all the charges up front. He told me if I had any issues or did not understand something to call him back. I did have somethings I did not understand and after calling him back and talking them through I decided the best thing to do is buy a new computer as mine is extremely out of date and does not suit my needs. Mark does not sell computers, but took the time to tell me based on my usage and needs, what I should buy. He did all this at no charge and even told me that I could call him if I had questions when purchasing the machine. I'm sure I will definitely call if I need help in the future and can't say enough about him."
