"Chris and Randy were the only radon company (out of the three I requested proposals from) that took the time to review our older house and thoughtfully consider what solution(s) may be best for effective radon mitigation. Josh and Tony were punctual, professional, and took the time to listen and respond to my questions and concerns on the day of the install. Would definitely hire again!"
When possible, the pipe is run to the garage, and the fan is in the garage attic.
When there is no way to get the pipe through the interior of the building, the fan and pipe will be outside.

"Sky did a great job installing the security camera and then stayed to help us get it hooked up with Wi-Fi which meant a call to Xfinity. The work was very professional, Sky was friendly and I would hire them again!"

"Brian is personable, fast, and affordable. He left the various installs and work I've done cleaner than when he arrived. He communicates via phone and text, and has always shown up before or on the scheduled appointment time. Plus, he diagnosed some faulty wiring that could have caused serious problems and offered an affordable solution. He's the only electrician I'll use. Period. Highly recommended."

"Other than the above, I'd use his service again. Nobody's perfect, but his cleaners have been very good, thorough, cheerful and professional. Most of them do not speak English and I wonder if they know that he does not insure them for on-the-job injuries.

UPDATE: I wrote another review recently, but after interviewing other housecleaners, I do not believe that Reliable Twin Cleaning should be rated A or B; in fact, they should be an F for professionalism, so I am writing another as an update, based on what I learned. I've used them for two-plus years. I have asked for a certificate of insurance three times over six weeks, with one time in writing, one by voicemail and one in a direct phone conversation. David Swanson assured  me it was coming, but when I told him that I wouldn't use him again until I got it, he stopped calling me to arrange my housecleaning, which only proves he does not insure his workers to clean a house. Most of them do not speak English. In interviewing other providers, I got the certificate right up front and was assured that if anything was broken, they will replace it. David never answered my question about a broken item and did not offer to replace it. I also referred two people to him for big move-in cleaning jobs; never got so much as a thank you, and he did not give me the $50 coupon that was on his site. Beware, people: if his cleaners have any injury on your premises, you will pay the tab, not him. He's not insured and he lies about it on this site.  His info states that he is insured and bonded and he is not or he would have produced the certificate and would not have sacrificed a longtime, paying customer. This is a big concern."

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."
