He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "Company was called because the error codes on the system indicated that the pressure switch was in a stuck open position.  Prior to calling, I replaced the pressure switch but still got the same error codes.  The technician checked out the entire system, cleaned the vacuum lines, and finally got the system working.  Problem appears to be intermittent and non-reproducible.  Technician went back to shop, talked to other technicians to get their opinions and returned the next day.  At that time, he stated that he had run all of the tests that any of them knew of and there was nothing else he could do other than start changing out parts that would cost a lot more and might not solve the problem.  On the day of his return, he also changed out the condensation pump that was failing.  I feel that I got the best service possible for the price and appreciated his not trying to get more money from me by changing additional parts.
