"Ryan arrived on time. He explained to us about how we should deal with our home being in such disarray due to our age and physical disabilities. He was very courtious and respectful despite the insurmountable appearance of our neglected home since we decided we no longer wish to masquerade as hoarders. He was not judgemental and was very understanding how we could have let it happen since my wife had a shoulder injury and I am still recovering from recent surgery. He accomplished a good deal of the things that needed to be done. All of which we had wanted to get done today for his first visit was done nicely and professionally.
