After entering my contact info, I immediately received a text message from the company's owner, Casey, making himself available for me if I wanted to talk by phone. I had him call me, and he checked in to see what the problem was, what I wanted to do, and to be sure I had heat for the evening. He even offered to drive space heaters to my home if needed, even though he was at least 45 minutes away. He then scheduled to meet with me at my convenience the next day to look at my home and discuss options. During the meeting, Casey was very personable, knowledgeable,and professional about the products and services his company offered and helped me design a heating/air conditioning system to replace my old, inefficient furnace and wall a/c and insulate existing ducts. He also referred me to my utility company to see if rebates were available, which there were. The workers who installed the products were pleasant, professional, and skilled and ensured that their work met the city's requirements so that I was eligible for the rebate. I am very happy with the products and services I received from them and would recommend them to anyone having problems with their heating/air conditioning units or looking to upgrade to more efficient systems.

"He was very professional and showed up when he said he would. I showed him the water heater, he did some checks- voltage and ohms to see if elements and thermostats were good. He said he could hear some water running so we went out and opened the crawl space and sure enough there was a water leak. he went and got the materials that he needed to resolve the leak, fixed the leak. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I had a leak in my 50-gal water heater system. I found Kobi on craigslist and texted him images. He quickly responded and came over the following morning. Kobi was efficient and skillful. He replaced the damaged expansion tank and repaired the leak. Kobi also helped me install a new electric deadbolt for my front door. He is extremely dexterous. It was a very counter-intuitive installation process but Kobi was smart to figure out how the deadbolt's electronic features work. Highly recommended!"
