Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "I highly recommend using Scott Curtice for any renovation project no matter how complex it is. We bought a house that was over a hundred years old that had not been renovated for decades. Starting from the planning stage, Scott was wonderful about redesigning the house in order to open up the space and bring it into a more modern look. He spent several sessions reworking his plan always taking into account our needs and desires. Once the actual renovation began, we ran into a number of complex structural issues with the house itself. No matter what obstacle came up, Scott and his team were able to find solutions. His team was efficient in their work and they were all always reliable. Antonio communicated clearly with me, every step of the construction process.  After removing the siding, there was additional water damage underneath that required additional work.  He carefully showed me and explained what had to be done, and we revised the scope of the work.  My husband and I felt that he showed a lot of honesty and integrity in carefully outlining and showing us additional work needed, that could not be seen until the siding was removed. We felt he was very fair with us in his pricing for the scope of the work.

He helped us review the composite siding options and warranties, and brought us samples for the siding and decking, at different price points and explained in detail differences between each. He and his crew came punctually and on the schedule that Antonio had laid out for us.  They were meticulous in their clean-up as well.

"Duncan Builders LLC I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude to Duncan Builders. On December 19, 2018. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work.
