Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. "Although agreeable and professional at our first 2 meetings, Mr. Landers has dragged his feet and worked on other projects, while mine sat idle -- something he swore he would not do. He told me this project would take less than 1 week, and it has dragged on for almost 2 months. The work being done is of decent quality, although day after day, only one worker is here -- and not Mr. Landers!"

"There were several pieces of lumber that needed to be cut out and replaced, which required strengthening the whole structure with wooden braces while the work was being performed. Gary had to think outside the box and consider different options to find the best solution. In the end, the approach he took was relatively quick for the situation and very safe. The result was a carport nicely restored, stronger than it has ever been. Throughout the process, Gary was responsive, efficient and very good at explaining his train of thought and his plans. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, a great professional which I recommend without any hesitation."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."
