While he was personable, he was also straight to the point, which I appreciated. We gave Ron license to do what he thought would look best in our bathroom, within our budget, and with the equipment we wanted in the bathroom. We also gave him a specific deadline that we wanted met, which he did. The final bathroom project was excellent. It is well constructed, beautiful to llook at, and met and exceeded our expectations."
