The only issue I experienced was that scheduling was a bit difficult. Either due to availability of techs or mix-ups with appointment times, it took a few tries to find a day where they were able to perform the service. The price was much more reasonable than expected for diagnosis and maintenance and they rolled the diagnosis price into the total cost.
