"I called AL 7:30 AM (never met him) he said he could be there by 3:00 he got to my house at 2:30 and started the work it was a drain pipe under the sink against the wall and behind the dishwasher. Not easy to get to â he finished up by 4:00 and up cleaned everything. Alâs a good man and I have a new plumber."

"Advanced Energy Concepts contacted me within minutes of submitting the request through servicemagic and was able to setup an appointment for the next day. They kept me in the loop by contacting me to let me know that they did not forget about me but the technician fell a little behind with the customer prior to me and will get over to my house as soon as he could to give me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable, and they were able provide guidance on how to temporary stop the water flow from the cracked pipe, and schedule another time to come out to provide a more permanent solution by replacing the cracked cast iron."
