He showed us lots of pictures of all the failure of the shingles and other leak areas as evidenced by mold on the inside roof plywood. He gave us several price points and offered no interest financing. Work began a few weeks later. We had two crews the first day . The Job was overseen by Kenny who kept us in the loop on progress and schedule. The job was completed the second very long day(11 hours. All of the workers were very polite and friendly and on the go all the time except for meal break. Cleanup was near perfect and all extra material was removed the next day. "I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. "The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."
