"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

"The office staff are very nice and did a great job with scheduling our project. The painters were professional, on time, and did a great job. We had a couple of spots that needed to be repainted and they literally were out within a day or two to take care of the issues.  We referred them to my in-laws and some friends and they were completely happy with the service.  We will have them come back out again when we need some other rooms painted.  I highly recommend them!

"I recently started inquiring about getting a new roof installed. I met with each company but one really stuck out while trying to pick the contractor to install the most important part of my home. Storm Maters' Kerry Klein arrived on time, actually started to inspect the roof before I got there. Once I did get to the house, Kerry was actually measuring the entire roof; first contractor to do that. Once he was done on the roof, approximately 30 minutes, I had the pleasure of speaking to him about some of my concerns. The entire quote took about an hour and a half but my concerns became his. He offered many solutions, he's extremely knowledgeable and very, very thorough. He climbed every inch of my attic inspecting it as he went to ensure he didn't miss anything. "I got 3 quotes for work that needed to be done on the exterior of my home and took the middle quote. The company that was doing the job was doing a horrible job. New Star Construction was doing some other work in my neighborhood and they came to look at the job. I ended up having them come and fix the bad work from the previous company and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job and are such great people to work with. They are still calling me to follow up to make sure everything is ok."

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."
