"They did a great job replacing and installing a new water heater. However, I did notice a distinct lowering of hot water pressure with the new water heater. I don't think it's something they did but I would have appreciated it if they had noticed and offered me options to increase the hot water pressure."

"My ancient furnace and water heater both shut down for some reason and being a single woman, I was clueless on how to start them again. YouTube videos did not help with both being so old. The technician, Jason, went beyond the norm by showing me what he did to my water heater and instructing me how to re-light the pilot and do it safely myself next time. I was impressed with his knowledge on the old furnace and he showed me how to restart that as well. He was very professional. I will be going to Edwards again because of the excellent service."

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
