"Installation was quick and on time, but communication is not and quality is questionable in certain areas. After install, we noticed nails not set into the wood properly and it does not look finished. After just a couple weeks, we are noticing side gate dragging, large gate blows open from wind, post tilting from dry pour set, loose boards. We have tried to contact the owner multiple times, but we are not getting responses. This was a $6700 fence in a small yard. I expected better. To add... Company owner scoffed and laughed at our small pool deck build and asked who did the job. After I stated we did it ourselves, he continued to giggle. Rude."
