"From start to finish Customer Home was fantastic. They were very responsive and quick to come for an estimate. Bill, the sales person was straightforward and didn’t try to push upgrades. Communications were open throughout, from reminders before install and the entire day of install. The site manager was helpful and friendly, they even made sure the majority of the debris were picked up. I did find almost a dozen nails in my driveway but attributed this to not being able to clean under the dumpster. I had estimates by other companies that was almost double the price. The materials used were quality and not just pulled from a box store. They also have a great warranty. I only wish they did more than just external improvements. They were completely unprofessional and it was just an awful experience. They never communicated with me and just disappeared when they were done. Loews never gave me the name of the company and I regret going through them. It took 2 months to get the gate changed to the right size. I will not go through them again for projects like this."
