He kept us informed of his findings and also explained how to consider solutions. The issue turned out to be a build of of pollen and dust deep inside the wall unit. He opened it up and removed every component carefully cleaning each surface and crevice. Paul is very personable and considerate. He took precautions to protect our wall and flooring.
