"The video pipe inspection (which you get on a USB) really educates you on whats the state of your piping, from the mains back into the house. For me, I initially thought we had a back flow issue from the main sewage line, however the video showed it to be tree roots which are accessing the pipe; about 6 feet from the basement wall. They removed what they can of the roots that made it inside the pipe. I would need a plumber to dig it up and fix the root issue further, should I choose to do so."

His worker Troy came to provide an estimate and was very helpful in deciding exactly how we'd bring the water line into the basement. Easterday's bid was competitive with others, and we hired them to do the job. It was great being able to hire one company to do all facets of the job: trenching to the city water connection and all the inside plumbing. <br /> They arranged the day for installation, but a winter storm was predicted for that day. They arranged to come a day earlier to avoid the storm, something I really appreciated. The team of workers came right on time and got to work immediately. <br /> We had city water later that day, and everything was accomplished in a very professional and courteous way. Each of the plumbers working on the Easterday team that day were friendly, helpful, answered my questions, and worked diligently the whole time. No messes were left behind, and even the owner Ken Easterday came on site to help his workers. <br /> We are very pleased with the work done and will definitely use this company again when a plumbing need arises. <br />"

"It was pricey, but there were two people working. They do a nice job. The workers are primarily newcomers to the country, so there is a language barrier. I didn't have the same people each time, so I had to explain each time what I wanted done. When you have the same people, then they know what you want in your house. That was understandable because I am not a regular. I do it periodically, not every week or something, so they plug in whoever they can. You have to schedule way ahead of time to get an appointment, as they are very busy. I am not on the priority list because I am not a regular, but they are on time for work, work hard, and are honest."
