Since it was very old, we decided to install a new system. They were very busy, so we had to wait a few weeks for the new install. Unfortunately, they showed up a day late due to a scheduling error. "I called NRG Management and talked to Andrew around 9:30 AM, he was in my town by 11:00 AM. My heating system had seen the end of a 30 year run, and my family was without hot water.
