"Mike took my laptop and determined the hard drive was corrupted and was unable to recover any data. The hard drive was replaced with an SSD. Fortunately we use an on line back up service as well as backing up on an external hard drive so we were able to get our data back. We had Windows 10 on our old hard drive but there were startup/sleep issues with our model laptop. Mike recommended installing Windows 7 and we agreed. He updated Windows, installed common applications and initiated restoration of our files. Everything is working great!"

"Aa I recall, at first they were willing to come to my home. Not sure why, but the representative later told me they could not come to my home to repair my computer. Further, they wanted me to drop off my computer at a 3rd-party location, adding they would go by and get it within a couple of days and attempt to repair. I was not at all comfortable with that scenario. In not saying they are not good (or bad) at what they do. I am saying that set-up was not comforting and was the primary reason I chose not to use this company."
