"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They cleared it on Sunday night and were checking the line upstream from where the plug was to make sure everything was clear. Thank You Kyle. Thank you Zoom Drain Norristown. Highly recommended !!"

As the water just sat there looking at me laughing while the Drano ate away at my pipes, I knew I needed help. I called Extreme Plumbing Tuesday afternoon. They were prepared to come out that day but I was not prepared. They came out Thursday afternoon. They were running a little late and they called, not when they were supposed to be there but 15-20 minutes before to let me know they were going to be a little late. As they were working, they explained everything to me. They explained how much it would cost if it was a simple fix and what it would cost if there was major problems. It was a simple fix with minor parts and what they quoted for a simple fix is what I paid. No hidden cost at all. These men were professional, clean, informative, and friendly. They are in my contacts as my plumber now. I was so impressed with their professionalism I got several of their cards to pass along to my friends. If you have plumbing problems, this is the company you need to call."
