He was dependable, you could truly count on him to "show up" at the jobsite when required. I must say, to upgrade your kitchen by transforming base cabinets with doors into cabinets with a bank of drawers is a huge lifesaver on the back! "Two thirds of the work had been done by the time I was able to see their progress and I was definitely pleased. I had to leave before the final touches so I didn't get to see the finished job but my realtor said it all looked great. The owner contacted me when a problem arose with sanding and staining the hardwood floors, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me reasonably priced options to fix it. The result was just right and I have gotten compliments on the floors. Price was a little on the high side but worth being able to leave everything in their hands. Marked Punctuality as N/A because I wasn't there to see. The time estimate was for about 3 weeks but it actually took about 5, mostly because of the delay caused by having to change plans for the floors---no fault of the contractor's!"

"I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when reviewing the product. After agreeing to make the purchase and the order was placed, there was no customer service. It took almost two weeks to get the shower installed. The installer was well mannered and it appears to be a good installation and he cleaned up any mess. There has been no follow up to see if I am pleased with the installation."
