He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the contact center has been clear and friendly. The quote process took two visits: one with a sales rep who measured my rooms, took notes, and talked about the likely equipment, and then a second visit that included an installation supervisor who confirmed the equipment needs and worked out how to overcome a few complexities for the install. The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work. The completed job was documented in photos that were sent to me with the invoice. It's clear that Horizon highly values the customer experience and I'm glad I went with them."
