The tech came in and checked out my water heater and explained that it would need to be replaced because it was leaking. They got the heater replaced and the old one out of my house for me all in the same visit. I was very pleased with the whole experience, they cleaned up after themselves and when they left, except for the new heater you could not have known they were there."
