"The technician was on time and courteous.  My A/C wasn't blowing any cold air, so he checked the air handler first, then checked the heat pump.  The freon was very low, 1.5 pounds in a 3.5 pound system, so he charged the unit with freon.  The air was fine after that.  He did a check for leaks from the evaporator coil "on the house" and showed me that the coil was losing coolant from several spots.  He recommended that an engineer come have a look about a system replacement since it was impossible to tell how long the coolant was leaking - the main issue being that the coil had several leaking spots.
Overall the service went well.  The price was a function of the high price of freon ($90 or so per pound), so it could have been any HVAC company getting dinged on the price issue.

"Regan was the first technician, in the seven years since our HVAC system was installed, to correctly identify a configuration issue that had been overlooked from the start. He discovered that the system was wired to operate only on Stage 1 instead of both Stage 1 and Stage 2, which had prevented our home from heating and cooling properly all this time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the problem, why it was happening, and what needed to be done to fix it. After ordering the necessary parts, he returned and replaced the control board and dampers, resolving the issue completely. In addition to his technical expertise, Regan was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. It's rare to find someone who can diagnose a long-standing problem so accurately and explain it so clearly. Tegan did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service."

"The installation team, Bryan and Bruce, treated our home with care throughout the entire process. They maintained positive communication with us and were consummate professionals. The install of our new system went smoothly. We highly recommend this company and this installation team for all applicable home needs."

"Very well. I was having the biannual inspection done of a system that Estes installed. I have had good customer service on each occasion and am extremely happy with the system they installed, which was a difficult job (new duct work on an older home as well)."

"Cesar came out to help when my AC wasn’t cooling properly, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He found a faulty part that was causing the issue and repaired it, getting the system back to cooling normally. Cesar was professional, knowledgeable, and explained what needed to be done throughout the service. I had a great experience with Climate Heroes and was very happy with the service!"

"Mayel and The Comfort Gaurdians did an excellent job installing two split system units and replacing our home main HVAC system. Very pleased with their work and how easy it was to work with them. I’m a HVAC engineer so i’m sure i’m hard to please as a client but The Comfort Gaurdians were excellent and at a fair price!! Give them a call!"

"Awesome customer service! I called for my AC and they replaced the whole unit. Kim is so caring and professional on the phone. The technician Van was awesome as well! Very polite. Would highly recommend. They do a great job and clean up after themselves. Very quick and easy experience! Will 100% recommend."
