"Excellent. Two separate teams came; one for AC and Furnace; second for Tankless hot water heater; Minor toilet repair also done at no extra charge, including a follow up service call to install new toilet flush handle, also at no charge."

"Fred is very personable and friendly. He returned my call right away, even though I placed it after hours. He replaced one old toilet with a new one he just happened to have in his truck, and it works great even though it's a low flow one. Prices are very reasonable. Fred is my plumber from now on."

"Kap was extremely responsive on the phone to give a quotation with a very compettive price. He arrived on time, and worked effectively to finish and do everything in a professional way. The work quality was excellent and very clean. We are realy happy with the water heater he installed."

"The process from beginning to end was highly professional, technically very competent and complete, and the installation was impressive (Team of about nine people, all worked efficiently and simultaneously outside and inside my house. The job was done in a little over half a day. Very happy with my decision to hire GAC to spec, supply, and install the system."

"My Remedy Plumber arrived on time and didn’t really charge me for his service because he stated what he needed to do may not fix my problem because I needed a new faucet which he did not have. Water was running from both the tub’s faucet and the shower head. After pulling off the faucet and making a minor adjustment to a washer within the faucet the problem was "temporary" fixed, the washer was damaged. He stated that a new faucet was needed and that I could call back to have that installed. I thanked him, gave him a small thank you gift, and he was on his way. I was thankful that this plumber had "integrity" and did not try to overcharge me for work that did not fix my problem. I would surly hire this company again!!"

"Just started working with Markool this summer and they have been fantastic! When I need service, they are so fast and every person we have interacted with has been polite, knowledgeable and personable. We unexpectedly needed to replace our system during a heat wave and they were super. So responsive and quick. I would highly recommend Markool for all of your HVAC needs!"

"Tried to push me into purchasing a new water heater and quoted me higher price based on estimate from their affiliated company (which had accidentally quoted me wrong price initially)."

"Very Good! Arrived same day to assess project needs. Returned next day to install new water heater. Very satisfied with work ethics and clean-up. Would definitely hire again!"
