The sales representatives made promises they should not have and submitted incorrect work orders, which resulted in a crew arriving on-site without the proper knowledge, tools, or materials to complete the job. The production coordinator, instead of resolving the issue, appeared more focused on flexing authority than serving the customer?ultimately making the situation worse. In the end, their actions forced the project manager to spend unnecessary time and energy just to ensure Home ?Genius? met their contractual obligations. For that, I give credit to Jonathan, and I am deeply appreciative of the installation team for their hard work. Recommendation: Consumers should avoid using Home ?Genius.? If I could rate them lower than one star, I would."

"From the minute we reached out about a roof Inspection and estimate everyone from the home genius team was incredibly polite and professional! We became so comfortable and confident with them and in just a short 24 hour turn around time we signed a contract and had our roof replaced the following day! The crew showed up at 7am and got right to work! They took the necessary steps and precautions to ensure that the roof was properly installed and to ensure all the problem areas were addressed! They came back the following day to wrap up and complete any remaining work. I highly recommend the crew that installed our roof!
