"This is our second 5-Star review for work accomplished on our 57 year old home this year by Vienna Prime Custom Kitchen & Bath (Prime Custom). The first was for the total refurbishment and modernization of our kitchen. This 2nd 5-Star review is for the total refurbishment/modernization of our 2 upstairs main bathrooms. The bathrooms project was more complicated and costlier than the whole kitchen project. The attached pictures tell the story. This time around we had the same designer/program manager team Feliz and Nick, but the onsite production manager was Milton who only had a minor role in the kitchen remodel. We were initially skeptical in this change, due to our prejudice for the outstanding success of the kitchen project. Our fears were immediately allayed, and we are so impressed by Team Milton. The quality of work, functionality and aesthetics of the remodeled bathrooms exceed our expectations. Additional credit is due to Milton’s expertise, recommendations, and patience. "

My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. "Excellent customer service. Excellent finished product. West Shore Home came to install a shower in one bathroom and bathtub/shower in another bathroom. Their customer service is top tier! They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

Understanding, communicative, empathetic and on top of all that, the quality of their work is EXCELLENT. "Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work. I 100% agree with one of the previous reviews and, unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration. While the quality of work itself is good, the project management leaves much to be desired. My bathroom renovation started on December 1st, 2025, with a promised completion time of two weeks. It has now been almost a month, and the project is still not finished. I would admit that I am responsible for one week delay in replacing a bathtub. Throughout this process, I have received little to no communication ? no daily updates and not even consistent weekly updates ? regarding the timeline or the scope of work being completed. This lack of communication from the project manager, Orkhan, has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. Coordinating with both the crew and management has been extremely difficult, and the project manager?s attitude has at times been rude and unprofessional. "

"Excellent. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and professionalism. They came early everyday and when they left the areas where they worked were spotless. They were honest and transparent in keeping me informed. They even did extra work in areas I did not pay for. While working on my project I had a personal crisis and Luis and his Family came over with a dozen of beautiful white roses and showed me love and compassion. I will never forget that!!! I know have the best house in the neighborhood. My neighbors tell me that all the time. My new front porch and back deck are my pride and joy; my slice of paradise here on earth. "I decided to go with Crowell plumbing for my bathroom renovation due to a few factors, namely: - the flexibility they displayed when I asked for quote variations - the detail with which Robert was able to explain his thoughts on building out my vision - the comfort of knowing Crowell's competency is plumbing first I wasn't disappointed. The outcome looks great and I am impressed at how well they handled the unexpected after demolition. The crew were very professional and personable. Every single one of them are people I'd have over for dinner. That is if they bring their own food. I'm too frugal to fund any banquets. To that end they hit my price point. Another contractor underbid them, but I felt it worth a little extra to opt for the licensed plumbing expertise of Crowell Plumbing. I'm very happy with my choice. Great work guys!!"

"This was our second time using Diaz for our painting and home renovations. Once again he and his team did an amazing job. For this job, we had Diaz paint our hallway and master, redo our stairs and stair railing, re-finish and stain the hardwood floors, remove old baseboard heaters, and do a complete renovation of our upstairs bathroom (new paint, new floors, new vanity, new toilet, new lighting, new exhaust fan, etc.). He also helped haul out old furniture, removed an old (non-functional) oil gas tank from the basement, and replaced a broken storm door. One of the great things about working with Diaz is that the answer is always yes. His team is more than just painters - he has skilled craftsmen, workers with expertise in plumbing and electric, and everything else. There is no need to deal with anyone else. If you need something done in (or around) your house Diaz either can do it or has a guy. After contacting Diaz, he came right out for a free estimate. He listened carefully to what we wanted but also made a number of important suggestions to improve the results. Each day his team was hard at work - they were trustworthy and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly each day. Diaz goes the extra mile to make things convenient - including hauling away trash/junk, recommending a local showroom, and picking up materials that we had ordered for the job. As with any major project, there were a few bumps in the road. But Diaz worked through the curveballs with good communication. They finished on-time and on budget, and the results were perfect. "I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions. They are first class, outstanding company that did wonderful job for me. The quality of their work was excellent, and their price was excellent. I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time.
