"We hired Bonsby to inspect a previously backed up sewage line to determine the source of the issue and whether our upstairs neighborâ s unit is responsible, if our pipes are connected, etc. Our service tech Jairo was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through his entire assessment (the walls were still open from the restoration work so we could see all of the pipes) he explained which pipe went where, their overlap, how everything worked and took plenty of pics/videos. He also showed me another leak in the pipes and came up with an estimate for all the necessary work on the spot. I canâ t speak to their actual work in fixing the issue but as for an inspection, Iâ m satisfied. Scheduling/rescheduling our appointment was also easy."

The plumber, Donald, who came out to inspect and quote the job also did the job. He installed a new natural gas line and manifold, set up the pressure test for the county inspector, hooked the line up to BGE's meter after they ran the outside line, and then connected our new gas dryer and vent to the outside. He also supplied and installed a new sanitary sink and water supply and waste lines in our basement. His work was perfect! The price was very fair and competitive.
