"I've used Fortune Restoration in the past when I managed condominium buildings. After seeing the cedar siding work they did on a friend's house I decided to call Tom Fortune for my own residence. Tom took the time to listen and called his lead carpenter to discuss the various siding and trim options. He was able to write the estimate on the spot. They started quickly and there were no delays once they began. Their crews were communicative and professional. Tom also stopped by regularly to inspect the workmanship and make sure I was satisfied. Fortune removed the existing metal siding on the house, replaced the soffit and fascia with PVC which was quite labor intensive, sided the gable ends and small front dormer with cedar, stained the new cedar, and painted all the new trim and exterior windows. They left the area in very good condition. I'm very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of the work and recommend them without reservation."

I told him what I wanted repaired on my wood decks He quoted me a price 1st on what I wanted done, and then quoted me another price on the work that SHOULD be done. His advice only confirmed what I had already had debated on repairing. He also pointed out some areas of repair I hadn't noticed or was even cognoscente about, such as rotting wood that was out of my sight but not his. "Carlos and his team did so much for me. They did tuck pointing of one side of my wall. They did tuck pointing on my chimney they even replaced some bricks. Carlos was so kind he went above and beyond for me and sealed a lot of my wall joints with flexible seal so water doesn’t enter any one my walls and damage anything. They even fixed 2 foundation cracks from inside and outside with epoxy seal. Carlos was so reasonable with his estimate and you can tell he does his best giving you a fair price. They even kept the place clean and used vacuums while working. Ultimately friendly demeanor and professional job. I always recommend Carlos to anyone who needs any brick work done and will continue to do so. He’s hands down such a hard worker. "

"Glad to be a repeat customer! JRG did such a great job on the first project I used them for that I contacted them again to replace an exterior door. This was not a simple remove the pins and change the door job. They had to remove the entire rotted wood frame holding the door, cut the steel door to get a custom fit, and break some improperly poured concrete that was preventing the door from being leveled. All of this was done in 4 hours with just 2 people, David and Jorge. Lastly, despite their busy work load, they took care of this for us one day after requesting if they could help us get this done soon. Best home remodeler I’ve ever used!"

"Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain! We are so grateful for the expert repair but also the guidance that replacing the capstones would provide more of a long term solution. Highly recommend these guys for your masonry needs."
