"The work was finished in a quick and convenient manner and everything works like a charm. However, I was not informed of what the cost would be beforehand, and it was higher than I thought it would be for a simple HDMI hookup for my new XBox 360. I was also not told beforehand that credit cards would not be accepted so I had to pay in cash. Though the work was done quickly and the console worked just like I hoped it all would, transparency was still lacking."

"Jim was FANTASTIC!! He was diligent, knowledgeable, and walked us through everything from planning to completion. His level of detail on what he was doing, how he would charge, and what he did for the entire project was very thorough to say the least. The overall project was a theater room as well as the entire first floor in room sound. Jim's recommendations on how to configure and his solutions worked out perfectly and helped with out to find lower cost more effective solutions to get what we needed. In addition to the sound, Jim was able to set up all of our data lines and coax since our home was new construction. Entire home works well. I cant say enough about Jim and his professionalism and attention to detail. Once completed, he even put together a comprehensive document detailing and explaining all of the work, how the system works, basic trouble shooting and all of the functions of the equipment. This "how-to" guide is invaluable for me but more importantly for my wife and how she is able to use the entire system as well without any confusion. I would HIGHLY recommend Jim and Empirical A/V for any in home installation."

"ANYONE WHO IS HAVING DIRECT TV INSTALLED IN CHICAGO WOULD BE FOOLISH NOT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HONEST, QUICK, AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE OF MINA'S TV. MINA'S IS COMMITTED TO AN IDEAL OF SERVICE THAT I THOUGHT HAD VANISHED FROM OUR SOCIETY. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITH NO RESERVATIONS."

"Eduardo was very professional and he did excellent work. I needed 2 Ethernet Cables run to 2 different floors. He did a very clean install and ran everything through the attic where no cables are exposed and everything is hidden through drywall. I highly recommend him for any electrical work or internet cable work."

"Jose was outstanding. He was very thorough in his approach and talked through all the options and considerations with us in advance of installing two of our TVs on wall mounts. He first came to do an assessment to get a better sense of what the job would entail and then quoted us a fair price. The job ended up taking longer than the initially quoted time, but he held true to the quoted price. He sent us pictures at various stages to ensure we were happy with the result. Would highly recommend Jose for TV mounting and other jobs."
