Jim got us set up for Pandora, Roku and Apple TV. We have used him for over twenty years. He has serviced our mothers and sister, as well as three homes over these 20 years. If we ever have a problem navigating through a system, Jim either comes out or walks us through over the phone. Day or night, weekends ( he works way too much) he literally is a call away. Jim has also put in home camera security systems and doorbells. We think he’s one of the last unicorns with such sterling work ethic and simply a great guy to do business with"
