Very convenient! The job took longer than we thought, and was more expensive than I was originally quoted, but it was a pretty complicated problem. I wasn't happy about the higher bill but Mike explained the problem very well. As soon as it was fixed (about 5 days later) he returned it to my home and set it back up even though it was after typical business hours. Very nice to work with-I would definitely hire again."
