We also had a substantial landscaping project underway, but Lashaun and his associate Thomas worked around the other workers that were at our house, breaking out the hard hats when tree branches came down near them. "My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"They showed up on time and went straight to work. Set up all wiring through the walls. I was missing parts for my surround system so they could not finish setting it up. They told me what which parts to order and to call them back when it arrive. About ten days later the parts arrived and i called them and told them that the parts had arrived and when could they come back to finish the installing. They came back at a specific day and time and they finish the job. Very,very pleased.
