"It was installed as advertised"

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
I will contact Geek Choice again.

"Taylor was so nice and extremely knowledgeable about my TV systems. There were a couple of issues that he was able to do and workarounds with no problem. Great guy!"

"Had a great job done at home installed my surround sound system. They did a great job."

"Over the last few years, we have gone to AV Innovations for all our A/V needs. Alan, the owner, installed multiple HD 4K OLED televisions (including a 4k frame tv with artwork that is totally cool), running the wires behind the walls so they werenâ t visible. He also installed in-wall surround sound speakers and even programmed the remotes to work with it all. Next, we had him install a super high-end outdoor entertainment system to complement the new patio with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Alan came out to inspect the property, gave us some options that fit our budget and now the backyard is alive with â concert styleâ audio. Inclusive is a set of 6 stem speakers, and one 12â subwoofer and to top it off he suggested that for the firepit area, we should have 2 â rock styleâ speakers for listening during the late hours. All the workings go right through the smartphone so anyone that has the app (and login info) can use it. Most recently, we had AV Innovations add security cameras that surround the property which is very complemental to the Ring devices that he previously installed. Alan is very meticulous and makes sure that he leaves the property as he found it. AV Innovations is fully insured, and we will use them again! Five stars!"

"Michael Chapman installed a tv Mount for a large rather heavy tv in my sons playroom. The safety of my child was my biggest priority as well as his considering the TVs weight. He provided great service and I am very confident in the structural integrity of the Mount."

"He was exceptional. He came in and said that he could fix it and he did. Our five speaker Bose System has not worked in two or three years. He walked in and within 35 minutes, had the sound throughout our game room. It was wonderful. He was courteous, smart, and capable. I would hire him again in a second. He gets a five star rating for me."

"Jose called me immediately and scheduled a service call for the next day to look at my TV. He was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Got my TV fixed for a third of the cost of a new TV. I feel his prices are very fair, he shows up on time for the appointment and he promptly communicates with you. I would highly recommend Jose for any electronic or IT repair."
