"I called to schedule a 1-hour in-home computer tune-up.  The person I spoke with seemed very professional and we made an appointment for 3:30 pm the next Friday.  ON the day of the appointment, my husband got a call at 9 am from someone who said he was coming to our house and was going to late.  The guy calling had trouble explaining who he was, but my husband figured out eventually that he was coming from Geek Choice and that he thought the appointment was at 9 am.  My husband explained that I wasn't home and that the appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30 pm.  The technician was pretty upset - despite the fact that he was half an hour away from our house at that time.  But he did agree to come at 3:30 pm. <br /> At 3:50 pm, no sign of him.  I called to see what was going on.  He didn't apologize, just said he was caught in traffic -- that Friday afternoons are a bad time to be on the highway.  At the time, he was so far away that even without  traffic it would have taken him 30 minutes to get to our house.  I said we would need to reschedule and he seemed shocked.  I decided that with that level of customer service, I would just find someone else. <br />"

"Over the last few years, we have gone to AV Innovations for all our A/V needs. Alan, the owner, installed multiple HD 4K OLED televisions (including a 4k frame tv with artwork that is totally cool), running the wires behind the walls so they werenâ t visible. He also installed in-wall surround sound speakers and even programmed the remotes to work with it all. Next, we had him install a super high-end outdoor entertainment system to complement the new patio with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Alan came out to inspect the property, gave us some options that fit our budget and now the backyard is alive with â concert styleâ audio. Inclusive is a set of 6 stem speakers, and one 12â subwoofer and to top it off he suggested that for the firepit area, we should have 2 â rock styleâ speakers for listening during the late hours. All the workings go right through the smartphone so anyone that has the app (and login info) can use it. Most recently, we had AV Innovations add security cameras that surround the property which is very complemental to the Ring devices that he previously installed. Alan is very meticulous and makes sure that he leaves the property as he found it. AV Innovations is fully insured, and we will use them again! Five stars!"
