"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

"It was fine. My computer was virus ridden and he worked on it for over an hour. He was a very nice gentleman and tried everything. At the end of the day my computer was not working. I do not blame him, he really tried his best. He came as soon as I called him. There were no additional charges. He was upfront about the money.
