He identified an issue with the mounting bracket we were going to use and replaced it with one that fit our TV. He securely mounted the TV, made adjustments as we requested, and did not rush just to get it done. Instead, he wanted to make sure it was done right and that we had no concerns. Also, our satellite provider had told us we needed new HDMI cables and Tim determined that was not correct, saving us an unnecessary expense. We appreciate his honesty. Excellent service!
