"I had a problem with pigeons nesting under the eave of my 25' foot. I had tried using other animal removal companies before, but I had the hardest time getting any of them to come out to my house. I'm glad to say that my animal problems are now gone less than 48 hours after I called Animal Pros! I contacted the Animal Pros team in the afternoon and Adam was at my house the very next morning to investigate and come up with a plan. Adam was back the next morning to remove the birds, safely clean up their mess, and install a great looking patch for the roof eave to keep the birds from returning Thanks, Adam! You'll be the first person I call for any future animal problems."

"The pest control was nice. They would come out and cleaned up. We stopped that because we didn't have any problems anymore with insects. We used too much money. They didn't do anything and charge me every three months or every six months but every three months I got a bill. They were very professional, punctual and did a good job. I would not use them again in the future."

"The gentleman who came to my house for the initial inspection was very thorough and polite. I learned a lot about the nature of termites, different types of roaches, spiders, and other pests and how to control them. He told me what to look out for and how to prevent infestations. The following schedules were made for pest control and termite control. He also put up with my goofy sense of humor and suggested I not napalm the roaches like I'd wanted. Ha.
The pest control technician was incredibly thorough. He sprayed literally every crack and crevice of my house inside and out, and asked appropriate questions to make sure he didn't leave anything out. In addition to the pest spray he also cleared away all of the spider webs around my house, applying a product that would help keep them from wanting to rebuild in the future. He offered helpful tips as well, showing me an area of ant-invasion I wasn't even aware of on my deck. The fact that he noticed something so subtle will allow me to fix it now before it becomes a serious issue, so thanks for saving me some serious repair bills later down the road.
I wasn't there for the termite service but when I got home that afternoon I saw that all of the appropriate work had been done and a work order left at my door. I don't remember what they're called, the little green traps/poison centers/whatever are buried all around my house.
I feel very confident that the people who did the work were honest and earnestly seeking to do their very best. I've got dead roaches to prove that their product works. At first I was leery of trying something and quot;greenand quot; but it's low odor, kills the pests, and I feel good knowing it isn't going to harm my baby.
"

"I like them. I have been using them for a couple of years at least. They charge us the standard rate, which is about $85 per time they come out. They come out four times a year. My pet doesn't get allergies from their products. They are very responsive. They listen to what my pest problems are, because I live in the country. They help me with pests that are difficult to get rid of."

"I began hearing scratching in the wall of the bedroom and continued to hear it for four or five days. It occurred most often in the early morning and at night. I was then away for four days. When I returned, I could smell the dead animal in the wall. When I went to bed, I had to spray the room heavily with deodorizers. I called Matt Hawkins at A+ Wildlife Control before I left, and he agreed to come when I returned. He was very responsive and willing to work with my schedule. The first time I could be at the house after my trip long enough for him to do the work, he came. He called because he was going to be 15 minutes late. (He had called several times earlier as we were trying to make an appointment to let me know where he was and that he couldn't finish the job he was doingin time to get to me.) I really appreciate a workman who considers my schedule as well as his own.
He arrived on time and went right to work. He moved some furniture and was very careful not to break anything that was on top of a dresser. He asked for a garbage bag to put on the floor where he was going to drill the hole for his tiny little camera, so there would be no mess to clean up. I had envisioned a hole about a foot square, but he put his little camera through a hole about 1/2" in diameter. He located the dead mouse immediately. He drilled a hole 2 1/2" x 3 1/4", put on a glove and put his hand through the wall and lifted out the dead mouse. He wrapped up the mouse, the dust from drilling the hole, and the used glove and disposed of it. He said in about 24 hours the smell would dissipate. (It was somewhat better in an hour!)
Then Matt climbed up in my attic and searched it thoroughly. He determined that this mouse had been up there, but there weren't signs of other animal activitiy. He went under the house and found a nest with an adult and two babies. He actually caught them with his hands (he said he'd never done that before) and put them in a milk jug to take away with him. He searched around under the house and didn't see signs of other animals there.
Matt walked all around the house, checking for tree limbs that might be touching the roof where mice could get in, and he checked behind all the shrubbery and plants around the foundation for openings (and I have a lot of plants). He made good suggestions about preventive measures to take to try to keep other mice from coming into the house through the attic or crawl space.
Matt is a pleasant person to deal with. He is very neat and clean in his work. I aprpeciate his promptness and his consdieration in letting me know when he will be late. I will willingly call him again if I have other animal removal needs.
"
