There were some very difficult windows to replace and Eric's crew took their time to do the job right. At the end of each day the crew would pick up and leave the premises clean.?I was very impressed with the quality of windows Eric represents. The sliding glass doors and windows slide without any effort and all lock properly with no hassle. Eric made sure I was satisfied with the work before asking for final payment. "We are very pleased with our experience with this company. They did a wonderful job installing new floors in our home. The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"My fianceé and I recently had SolarShield Industries put a new metal roof on our home. I am more than ecstatic with the outcome. I can already tell a difference by how less frequent the A/C runs and how cool the home is. It also looks amazing. Everyone was very professional and friendly, especially Mr. McKinney, the sales rep./Owner, and their office staff coordinator, Mrs. Renee. I have been in construction for 15 years and know all the different aspects of building residential and commercial dwellings. I am also very attentive to detail. After seeing several of their jobs through the years, you cannot help to notice the craftsmanship and integrity in their work. So when it came time to have our roof done, I immediately had them in mind. They do not sound like the cheapest at first, but I can assure you that in the end they are fair, the same price, or cheaper, because of the work and quality materials you get for the money. I had several quotes that were lower, but they wanted to do unnecessary things that I knew did not need to be done, so they could find ways to increase the price after a contract was signed. Also, while using nothing but the best materials, they exceed the building codes and requirements, backed by a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If you are in the market for a new metal roof, I highly recommend them and stand behind my referral."

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
