"Jeff came over for an evaluation within a few days and provided an estimate within 2 weeks from the first call. He replaced three rotted wooden exterior panels with 1/4” rot free PVC sheets and added a trim to make them look even better than before. Microwave installation was straightforward. He was conscious about in keeping the kitchen clean."

"GREAT. They also fixed a nail hole that was really obvious in my living room ceiling (two story so I could no way reach that high on my ladder). They took care of my house, were extremely pleasant, and everything was back in its right place when I got home on Day 2! This will be the third time I've used them - twice on interior and once on exterior. maybe twice on exterior come to think of it. They are very much in demand so it took a while for them to get to me, but I wasn't in a particular hurry."

"The paint colors that existed were matched very close, a surprise since the shutters were very faded. They had three painters, each doing a different task to get the job done in a reasonable time. A lot of the old chalk was removed and new installed. Where the existing chalk looked good, a touch up coated was applied to insure a good seal. The shutters were painted in place on this two story house. The painters regularly asked for our comments, which were all favorable. The job took one day. At the completion of the job, we were asked to walked around the job to make sure all was completed to our satisfaction, and all was. There was complete coverage on all painted surfaces. There were no splatters or drips on brick or surrounding surfaces.

"We had various jobs to be done. Three handrails were installed. One of them Eric had to build to match an existing rail. They also repaired the deck. The two man team worked quickly and skillfully. Their work was very good. I arranged for him to come back for another job. Again we got a professional result and our gutters are good to go for the winter."

"We went with Lucky 7 to paint the exterior of our house. Their bid was on the higher end, but Chris seemed to have a better idea of what actually needed to be done for our paint job than anyone else we had contacted. We are so glad we chose Lucky 7 to paint our house. Chris was incredibly responsive to our concerns, and his crew did an excellent job with the carpentry and paint work. We will definitely contact Chris in the future, when we need a painter."

"I was highly impressed with Dadstasks. I spoke with the owner, Darryl to get an estimate on an exterior paint job of my home. He was very prompt in getting back to me with an estimate along with a time when he and his crew could begin work. He was fortunately, able to get to my job 2 weeks earlier than expected due to a client cancellation. He and his crew were very professional. They spent the 1st day doing prep work - pressure washing, caulking, and scraping loose paint. They then spent the next few days doing the paint job. They were very detailed and Daryl was even able to accommodate a few miscellaneous repair items that I requested on the exterior to go along with the painting. He was even able to accommodate one that we hadn't discussed previously in the original estimate. Furthermore, the crew did an outstanding job cleaning up, cleaning out the gutters and surrounding area of any debris and paint chips following the painting. They even went so so far as wiping down the windows and doors to make sure they didn't leave any dirt, paint, etc, behind. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of the job and would highly recommend Dadstasks. I will be using them again in the future should I need any major work done on my home."

"I need my exterior trim, doors, soffits, and fascia painted. They were excellent. Fast, clean, and punctual. Would definitely hire again"

"I purchased an Angie's List Deal for a discount on 8 hours of work intending to address a list of items to be repaired on a house for sale.  The wait for a carpenter was 2-3 weeks and the extent of the window work appeared to be larger than I expected, so we agreed on this one project.  I told Dave which days the house would be unavailable due to the moving crew.  I also asked for the work to be done in one or two days in order to minimize questions from prospective buyers.
Dave emailed the day before to start work on our moving Friday.  I had to ask for a different day to ensure I didn't have multiple crews at the house on the same day and an unfinished project over a weekend.
On the first day of the scheduled work, the carpenter and his assistant arrived promptly at 8am.  They removed all of the rotted wood and planned the replacement materials, which took about 1/2 day.  I understood someone would return the next day.  On that day, I returned to the house and waited 45 minutes.  I called, only to found out that the finish carpenter was ill and was not working that week.  Dave did send the first carpenter and painter to finish that same day.
The extent of wood rot/replacement was difficult to ascertain prior to removal.  Dave did a good job explaining this and his crew did a good job keeping the project scope limited.  (Actually, they could have removed more than they did.)  The finish carpentry looks very nice and was well fitted and well caulked.  The painter did a neat and clean job.  They left all the rotted boards in a moving box in the garage for me to address.
The final bill did not include the Deal or my prepayment.  Dave provided the credits immediately when I pointed it out.
I would use Classy Craftmen again for projects in which I am available to keep close oversight and when timing is not critical.  They were clear that they prefer larger projects and repeatedly suggested other work I might have them do."

"Went well. Extremely good price for a table with one or more leaves"
